Brew 2 tablespoons of Scarlet Spice in 2 cups of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Add ¼ cup of sugar and stir until dissolved.
Place 1 tray of ice cubes in a heat-proof jug. Strain tea, then pour over ice. Add 1-2 cups of cold water.
Garnish with sliced strawberries.
